Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM)

Wim-mould will provide common design check service (material selection and product design in the areas of fitness-for-purpose, tooling feasibility and producibility) to our valued customers. It helps to minimize anticipated roadblocks in the manufacturing process.

mold design

In Wim-mould, we use the following software: UG, PROE, SolidWorks，CAD, etc.

We can provide mold flow analysis as required.

In the meantime, we are capable of receiving and providing various formats of files, such as IGS, XT, STP, DXF, DWG, PDF, etc.

project management

There are a group of stable and professional people in Wim-mould who can quickly act to provide a full range of peer-to-peer service to customers within 24 hours.

We can coordinate with other departments based on customers’ requirements.

mold trial and production

Checking and ensuring all materials meet customer's requirements, Wim-mould will provide injection parameters, injection video, Dimension report and CPK report after scientific injection molding.

For each injection, we will make sure that all conditions is following last injection condition (such as screw, mold temperature, holding pressure, holding pressure time, injection time, cooling time, part weight, etc.) to guarantee product stability.
